The Aryana Carpet

Aryana carpets are woven by Turkmen refugees from northern Afghanistan, who are currently living in the refugee settlements of Attock and Haripur in northern Pakistan. These carpets, which are made of hand spun wool that has been vegetable dyed in Lahore, Pakistan, often are woven in traditional Persian village designs. Heriz patterns are frequently seen. Colors are diverse. Sizes vary from small to large. I try to maintain several excellent medium and room size pieces in this production.
